1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service represent a legal agreement between you and Gohyred. They outline the rules and guidelines for using our website (gohyred.com) and all related services, features, and applications.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About Gohyred

Gohyred is an AI-powered career platform that helps job seekers find relevant opportunities. The Service includes:

• Multi-Source Job Aggregator – surfaces job listings sourced in real time from third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Wellfound, Naukri, Foundit, Glassdoor, and company career pages.
• AI Resume Parser – extracts skills, experience, and project details from a resume you upload to build your profile.
• AI Skill Match Engine – compares your profile against job listings to generate compatibility scores.
• ATS Resume Optimization – provides AI-generated suggestions intended to improve resume compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Visited Jobs Tracking & Dashboard Analytics – maintains a private history of jobs you view or save and visualizes your activity.
• Startup Radar (Ecosystem Map & Directory) – an interactive geospatial discovery and directory tool allowing users to explore high-growth startups, corporate zones/tech parks, funding stages, and direct hiring openings across regional hubs.

Gohyred is a discovery and productivity tool. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer, and we do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in a job offer, interview, or any specific employment outcome.

3. Eligibility

Anyone may browse publicly available job listings on Gohyred without creating an account. We welcome students and early-career applicants of all backgrounds, including those seeking internships, apprenticeships, or entry-level roles suited to their skills.

To create an account or use account-based features (such as AI resume parsing, skill matching, saved jobs, or Gohyred Pro), you must:

• Be at least 13 years old;
• If you are under 18, have the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and to apply to any job listing;
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.

Gohyred does not independently verify age. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the above requirements, and if you are a minor, that a parent or guardian is aware of and consents to your use of the Service. We are not responsible for verifying the legal working age required by a specific employer or job listing — that determination is between you, your guardian (if applicable), and the employer.

4. User Accounts and Account Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately via our Contact Us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization, or maintain more than one account for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload a resume, profile information, or content that is false, misleading, infringing, or belongs to someone else without authorization;
• Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or use automated means (bots, scripts) to access, extract, or reproduce content or job listings from the Service, except through interfaces we explicitly provide;
• Attempt to bypass usage limits (e.g., daily job-view caps, resume upload limits) associated with your plan;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access to our systems;
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to employers, other users, or third parties;
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with any employer or organization.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account under Section 14.

6. Job Listings and Third-Party Content

• Job listings displayed on Gohyred are aggregated from third-party sources (including LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Wellfound, Naukri, Foundit, Glassdoor, and employer career pages) and, where applicable, submitted directly by employers.
• We do not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing. Listings may be outdated, filled, or removed by the source platform without our knowledge.
• Any application, interview, offer, or employment relationship arising from a listing is strictly between you and the relevant employer or third-party platform. Gohyred is not a party to that relationship and bears no responsibility for its outcome.
• You are solely responsible for exercising diligence — including verifying legitimacy and avoiding potential job scams — before sharing personal information or applying through any listing.
• Startup Radar Submissions & Accuracy: When you submit a startup, office address, careers URL, or city suggestion to Startup Radar, you warrant that the provided details are truthful, authentic, and authorized. Gohyred reserves full editorial discretion to verify, approve, edit, re-classify, or remove any startup listing, geocoding coordinate, or advertisement without prior notice. Inclusion on the Startup Radar map does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or investment recommendation by Gohyred.
• If you become aware of a fraudulent, inaccurate, or abusive listing, please report it via our Contact Us page.

7. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by Gohyred. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing a third-party link is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Gohyred Pro and Paid Services

Gohyred offers optional paid tiers ("Gohyred Pro") that expand on the Free plan, including higher daily job-access limits, unlimited job searches and skill matching, additional resume uploads, and access to weekly Resume Analysis and ATS Score features. Current plan features and limits are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time as described in Section 13.

Features, quotas (such as daily job views, resume uploads, or weekly analyses), and pricing are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes affecting their plan.

9. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

• Gohyred Pro is offered on a Monthly or Yearly subscription basis, billed in advance at the rate displayed at checkout (currently ₹99/month or ₹999/year, with USD pricing available for applicable regions).
• By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Gohyred does not store your full payment card details.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription, except where we are required by law to collect them.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your Gohyred Pro subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused features.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us via our Contact Us within 30 days of the charge, and we will review the matter in good faith.
• We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis, without obligating us to do so in other cases.

11. Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

From time to time, Gohyred may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, free trials, or referral incentives. Such offers are subject to their own specific terms (including eligibility, duration, and expiration), which will be disclosed at the time of the offer and take precedence over conflicting general terms in this section. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, and to disqualify users suspected of abusing promotional offers.

12. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, software, AI models, logos, trademarks, and original content (excluding third-party job listings and user-submitted content), is owned by Gohyred or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial job-search purposes, subject to these Terms.
• Your content: You retain ownership of the resume and profile information you upload. By uploading it, you grant Gohyred a limited license to process, analyze, and store that content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g., parsing, matching, ATS scoring).
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse-engineer any underlying software or AI models, except as permitted by law.
• All third-party trademarks (including employer and job-board names referenced on the Service) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

13. Service Availability and Modifications

• We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors affecting third-party job sources beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific features, quotas, or plans) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
• We may update these Terms as described in Section 18.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or posed a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 12, 15, 16, 17, and 19) will continue to apply.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, saved jobs, or profile information resulting from account suspension or termination, though we will handle any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

Gohyred does not warrant that: (a) job listings, AI matches, or ATS scores are accurate, complete, or current; (b) the Service will meet your requirements or result in employment; (c) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; or (d) any errors will be corrected. AI-generated outputs (matching scores, ATS suggestions, resume parsing) are provided for informational and productivity purposes only and should not be treated as professional career, legal, or employment advice.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gohyred and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Gohyred in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gohyred and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) content you upload or submit; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (such as an in-app notification or email to registered users). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us via our Contact Us. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
