We are a bunch of serial entrepreneurs out of IIT Kanpur \& NIT Kurukshetra. **Responsibilities:** --------------------- * Develop new user\-facing features for the B2B SaaS (data heavy) product using React JS. * Build reusable components and front\-end libraries for future use. * Optimise components for maximum performance across a vast array of web\-capable devices and browsers. * Translate designs and wireframes into high\-quality code. * Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services. * Guarantee consistent behaviour and appearance of applications across various browsers and ensure optimal viewing across multiple devices. * Enhance web application performance focusing on reducing load times, improving CWV score for search engine optimisation and refining code. * Create detailed documentation related to code and development workflows. * Identify and troubleshoot front end issues and bugs, proposing technical solutions when necessary. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field (Master’s preferred). * 3\+ years of experience in Front\-end Web Development (experience with travel industry is a plus or with past experience with B2B SaaS products preferred) * Proficient in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React JS, Routing, Automated Testing (Cypress, Playwright, Vitest etc.), UI/UX Accessibility, API Integration, and Frontend Application security. * Experience with modern build tools such as Vite, Rollup etc and monorepo development tools such as Nx, Pnpm Workspaces. * Experienced with Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency. * Skilled in writing code that works uniformly across different browsers and devices. * Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems for streamlined development and deployment such as Linting, Formattings, E2E Tests, Git Hooks, Github Actions. * Understands SEO principles and applies them to ensure enhanced application visibility. * Capable of working independently and proactively to meet tight deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. * Able to introduce new technologies and practices to address business challenges and improve development processes. **Benefits:** ------------- * Competitive salary and performance\-based incentives. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in a fast\-growing startup environment. * Chance to work directly with CXOs and set up the core product \& tech vertical for the organisation. * Continuous learning and development opportunities. **Apply** --------- Join us at Sembark Tech and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the travel industry!
