**Role description** End to end ServiceNow ACC automation testing experience using ServiceNow ATF and other tools Key Responsibilities Test Design Execution Create detailed test plans scenarios and test cases based on business requirement documents Perform functional regression smoke and integration testingModule Validation Test core ServiceNow suites like ITSM Incident Problem Change Service Catalog ITAMCMDB CSM or HRSD Validate form logic UI policies client scripts and complex workflowsTest Automation Build maintain and execute automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATFDefect Management Identify log and track software bugs and configuration flaws Working closely with developers and administrators for resolutionIntegration Upgrade Testing Verify outboundinbound RESTSOAP APIs Integration Hub elements and platform upgrades **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** ServiceNow(ITOM ITSM and other) Functional Testing **About LTM** LTM is an AI\-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
