About the Role

Key responsibilities: 1. Own and run our social media accounts — Instagram (main platform), plus LinkedIn, YouTube, and X 2. Create static content — carousels, graphics, and posts — using Canva or a similar tool 3. Shoot video on-site featuring the founders, the team, the office, and client work 4. Edit reels, shorts, and longer videos yourself using CapCut, Premiere, or similar 5. Plan the content calendar and post on a consistent schedule so the accounts never go quiet 6. Move content beyond just founder videos — show the team, the work, and the results so a new visitor instantly gets who we are 7. Reply to comments and DMs and engage with relevant accounts to grow the community 8. Turn founder and team stories, wins, and updates into posts 9. Track and report growth in followers, engagement, saves, shares, watch-time, and reach
