Mode: Work From Office Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off Experience: Fresher / Experienced Work Location - Airoli, Navi Mumbai Relocating Bonus - 25000 K Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from US-based customers/members. Understand customer queries and provide accurate information. Assist with queries related to insurance, claims, eligibility, coverage, payments, and policies. Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the call. Document customer interactions accurately in the system. Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information. Follow company processes and quality guidelines. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team. Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer-service targets. Learn and adapt to process updates and new systems.
