Senior SEO Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a result\-driven **Senior SEO Executive** who can lead and manage a team while driving organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO along with proven experience in team handling, project management, and client communication. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects * Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis * Oversee on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO activities * Conduct regular website audits and implement improvements * Manage link\-building strategies and outreach campaigns * Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. * Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams for SEO implementation * Handle client communication, reporting, and strategy discussions * Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends **Required Skills** * Strong expertise in on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO * Proven experience in team handling and leadership * Hands\-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) * Strong understanding of website architecture, crawling, and indexing * Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO best practices * Experience in content strategy and optimization * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously **Soft Skills** * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Strong communication and client\-facing abilities * Analytical mindset with problem\-solving skills * Good organizational and time management skills * Decision\-making and ownership attitude **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in managing multiple clients/projects * Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO * Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development * Experience with paid marketing (Google Ads) is a plus **Experience** * 3–4years of experience in SEO with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
