About the Role

Job Summary We are looking for a hands\-on **IT Hardware \& Network Support Engineer** to manage the company's day\-to\-day hardware, desktop, networking, and IT infrastructure requirements. The candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving **PC hardware issues, network problems, router/switch configurations, internet connectivity, Wi\-Fi, printers, and other IT\-related issues**. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, repair, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, UPS, printers, and other IT equipment. * Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications, and system updates. * Handle hardware upgrades and replacement of components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, motherboard, etc. * Configure and troubleshoot **routers, switches, Wi\-Fi routers, and access points**. * Manage office LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshoot network issues. * Configure and troubleshoot **IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, gateways, subnetting, and network connectivity**. * Troubleshoot LAN cables, switch ports, internet connectivity, and Wi\-Fi issues. * Perform basic firewall and network security configuration. * Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure. * Provide technical support to employees atall branches * Maintain IT asset records, network documentation, and configuration details. * Coordinate with external IT, internet, hardware, and software vendors when required. * Identify recurring IT issues and take preventive measures to reduce downtime. Required Skills * Strong hands\-on experience in **PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair**. * Good practical knowledge of **computer networking and network infrastructure**. * Hands\-on experience with **router and switch configuration**. * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, gateways, and subnetting. * Experience with LAN cabling, RJ45 crimping, and cable testing. * Good Windows installation and troubleshooting skills. * Printer and peripheral troubleshooting knowledge. * Basic understanding of firewalls and network security. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities. * Good communication skills and ability to work independently. * Willingness to work between **Andheri and Nariman Point** based on requirements. Preferred Experience with **Cisco, MikroTik, TP\-Link, D\-Link, Netgear, or Ubiquiti** networking equipment will be an advantage. **CCNA or other networking certifications are an added advantage, but practical hands\-on experience is preferred.** Education Diploma / Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field**.
