About the Role

Key responsibilities: 1. Research and track trending products, ingredients, brands, and consumer trends in the Beauty & Personal Care space across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. 2. Identify emerging trends and convert market insights into actionable product ideas. 3. Present product research, trends, and opportunities to the founders. 4. Coordinate the product sampling process, including sample requests, testing, feedback, and iterations. 5. Identify relevant manufacturers and external partners for shortlisted product concepts. 6. Coordinate and follow up on samples, development timelines, and product requirements. 7. Communicate with partners regarding pricing, feasibility, and development timelines. 8. Support the founders in taking products from concept through research, sampling, and development. 9. Maintain organized records of product research, samples, and the new product pipeline.
