**Client \& Project:** We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Automation SME. The client is Cross Client, a company that provides diverse services across multiple industries, focusing on delivering innovative and reliable solutions to meet complex business needs. **Responsibilities:** As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required. Advanced proficiency in Generative AI is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Shell Scripting is suggested. Analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business\-critical applications. Lead efforts to document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize system operations and workflows. Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new technologies that enhance application support and automation.
