About the Role

Key Responsibilities: A. Student Counselling & Admissions 1. Connect with prospective students via calls, video meetings, and other communication channels. 2. Understand each learner's academic background and career objectives. 3. Recommend suitable IIDE programs based on individual aspirations. 4. Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, certifications, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process. 5. Address student queries and resolve objections with confidence and professionalism. 6. Guide students throughout the enrollment process and ensure a seamless admission experience. B. Relationship Management 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners. 2. Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversions. 3. Ensure a high standard of student experience from the first interaction until enrollment. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students. C. Sales & Performance 1. Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. 2. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM. 3. Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and competitor information to effectively counsel students.
