About the Role

**Full Stack Developer (React.js \+ Backend \+ AWS)** Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, backend development, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, developing secure APIs, and deploying production\-ready applications on AWS infrastructure. The candidate should have hands\-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies and should be comfortable working in a fast\-paced development environment. **Requirements for the Fintech Industry** * Strong knowledge of financial technology and digital payment systems * Knowledge of payment gateways, BBPS, UPI, wallets, and banking APIs * Experience with API integration and transaction management * Understanding of data security and customer data protection * Knowledge of banking and financial products * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills * Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry standards **Key Responsibilities** **Frontend Development** · Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using React.js and Next.js · Build reusable UI components and maintain scalable frontend architecture · Optimize web applications for maximum speed and performance · Implement responsive designs compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices · Manage state using Context API, Redux, or similar state management libraries · Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs **Backend Development** · Design and develop secure and scalable backend systems using: · Django / Django REST Framework · OR Ruby on Rails · Build RESTful APIs for frontend integration · Handle authentication, authorization, and user management · Work with databases and optimize queries for better performance · Ensure backend security, validation, and error handling **Cloud \& Deployment** · Deploy and maintain applications on AWS Cloud · Work with AWS services such as: · EC2 · S3 · IAM · Route53 · CloudFront · RDS · Configure servers and manage deployment pipelines · Monitor application uptime, performance, and scalability **Collaboration \& Development Practices** · Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers · Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code · Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions · Follow best practices for software development and version control · Work with Agile/Scrum development methodologies **Required Technical Skills** **Frontend Technologies** · Strong knowledge of: · React.js · Next.js · JavaScript (ES6\+) · HTML5 · CSS3 · Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap · Understanding of: · Server Side Rendering (SSR) · Client Side Rendering (CSR) · API Integration · Responsive Design **Backend Technologies** · Strong backend development experience in Django / Django REST Framework · OR Ruby on Rails · REST API development and integration · Authentication \& Authorization systems · Database handling and optimization **Database Knowledge** · PostgreSQL(Preferred) · MySQL · SQLite · MongoDB **Cloud \& DevOps** · Hands\-on AWS experience: · EC2 · S3 · RDS · IAM · Deployment \& Hosting · Understanding of CI/CD pipelines · Git \& GitHub workflow knowledge **Preferred Skills**\- Experience with Docker and containerization · Knowledge of Nginx and server configuration · Familiarity with Redis or caching mechanisms · Understanding of WebSockets or real\-time applications · Experience with payment gateway integrations · Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools · SEO optimization in Next.js applications **Programming Languages** · Python .
