SEO \& Digital Marketing Executive **Company:** Somniate Tech **Location:** Bhubaneswar, Odisha **Job Type:** Full\-time **Experience Required:** 2–3 Years **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a **creative, analytical, and results\-oriented SEO \& Digital Marketing Executive** with 2–3 years of practical experience. The candidate will be responsible for improving our online presence, increasing organic traffic, managing digital marketing campaigns, and implementing effective SEO strategies for our websites and clients. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, social media marketing, keyword research, content optimization, and website performance analysis.** Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective **SEO strategies** to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. * Perform **keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research** to identify new opportunities. * Handle **On\-Page SEO**, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, image optimization, and content optimization. * Manage **Off\-Page SEO** activities including backlink building, link outreach, directory submissions, and other ethical link\-building techniques. * Perform **Technical SEO audits** and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, website speed, broken links, sitemap, robots.txt, and mobile responsiveness. * Monitor website performance using **Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4\)**. * Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, and other important SEO metrics. * Create regular SEO and digital marketing performance reports. * Plan and manage **Google Ads campaigns** and monitor campaign performance. * Assist with **Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns**. * Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement. * Coordinate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO\-friendly website content and implementation. * Optimize existing website content based on search trends and SEO best practices. * Stay updated with the latest **Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices**. * Identify new digital marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to improve website traffic, leads, and overall online visibility. * Work on multiple websites/projects and manage SEO activities according to project requirements. Required Skills * 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in **SEO \& Digital Marketing**. * Strong knowledge of **On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO**. * Good understanding of **Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)**. * Experience with **keyword research and competitor analysis**. * Knowledge of SEO tools such as **SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog**, or similar tools. * Basic to good knowledge of **Google Ads and Meta Ads**. * Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. * Good knowledge of **WordPress** and basic HTML/CSS will be an advantage. * Understanding of website indexing, crawling, sitemap, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals. * Good content optimization and copywriting skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field**. * A certification in **SEO or Digital Marketing** will be an added advantage. * Candidates with proven practical SEO results/projects will be preferred. Preferred Candidate We are looking for a candidate who: * Has practical experience rather than only theoretical SEO knowledge. * Can independently manage SEO activities for websites. * Understands how to identify and fix basic SEO issues. * Can analyze website performance and prepare actionable reports. * Has experience working with multiple websites or clients. * Is willing to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and tools.
