Development Lead \- Advanced RPA \| Noida, Uttar PradeshChennai, Tamil Nadu **Job Summary** --------------- **Site Reliability Engineer –** We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and improve the reliability, availability, performance, and operational efficiency of enterprise applications and services. The role involves managing production and non\-production environments, incident resolution, monitoring, release support, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain the health of production and non\-production environments( Uipath and Power Platform(Power app, Automate). * Ensure service availability and proactive system monitoring. * Respond to incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive issue resolution. * Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver changes safely and securely. * Support release management activities and ensure environment readiness. * Execute and support deployments across non\-production and production environments. * Manage and support CI/CD pipelines. * Implement and support monitoring and observability solutions. * Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation. **Skill Requirements** ---------------------- **Required Skills \& Experience:** * Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Support. * Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. * Experience working in Cloud environments. * Hands\-on experience with monitoring tools and dashboard creation (Splunk, JIRA, Power BI, or similar). * Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment support. * Experience coordinating with development, infrastructure, and platform teams. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with API Gateway technologies such as Tyk/Apigee. * Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvements. * Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working. **Other Requirements** ----------------------
