Python Trainer – Job DescriptionAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Python Trainer** to join our training team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry\-oriented Python training to students and working professionals, helping them build strong programming fundamentals and real\-world project experience. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging and interactive **Python training sessions** for beginners and intermediate/advanced learners. * Explain Python concepts clearly using practical examples, coding exercises, and real\-world use cases. * Conduct hands\-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and project\-based learning. * Develop and maintain Python course content, presentations, coding exercises, and practical labs. * Mentor students throughout their learning journey and resolve technical doubts. * Guide students in developing **Python\-based projects and portfolios**. * Conduct coding tests, mock interviews, technical assessments, and project evaluations. * Track student performance and provide constructive feedback. * Stay updated with current Python frameworks, libraries, development practices, and industry trends. * Collaborate with the academic/training team to improve course delivery and student outcomes. Required Technical Skills * Strong knowledge of **Python programming**. * Python fundamentals: Variables, Data Types, Operators, Loops, Functions, Modules and Packages. * Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP). * Exception Handling and File Handling. * Data Structures and Algorithms using Python. * Regular Expressions. * Working with APIs and JSON. * Database connectivity using Python. * SQL and relational databases. * Git and GitHub. * Debugging and code optimization. * Basic knowledge of software development practices. Preferred Skills Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage: * **NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib** * Flask / Django / FastAPI * REST APIs * Automation and scripting * Web scraping * Data Science and Machine Learning * Generative AI and LLM applications * LangChain / AI APIs * Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP Training \& Project Responsibilities * Provide practical coding assignments after each module. * Design and supervise **mini\-projects and capstone projects**. * Help students understand project architecture, coding standards, Git workflows, testing, and deployment. * Prepare interview\-oriented coding questions and technical discussions. * Support students in building industry\-relevant portfolios. Candidate Profile * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. * **2–5\+ years of professional experience in Python development and/or training**. * Prior experience as a Python Trainer, Technical Trainer, Software Developer, or Mentor is preferred. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner. * Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve career goals. Employment Type **Full\-Time / Part\-Time / Freelance** Location **Bangalore / Bengaluru** Experience **2–5\+ years**, depending on the role and technical expertise.
