About the Role

Location: Kannur, Kerala Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full\-time **Job Summary** We are looking for a **Business \& Accounting Software Consultant** who can understand client business requirements, analyze accounting\-related workflows, and translate business needs into software solutions. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, software demonstrations, implementation support, and coordination with technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** Interact with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges. Gather and analyze requirements related to business operations and accounting software. Understand accounting and financial workflows from a business process perspective. Assist in software implementation and configuration activities. Conduct software demonstrations and explain relevant features and workflows to clients. Support user training and assist clients during implementation. Participate in software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify functional issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution. Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Support business discussions, solution proposals, and client presentations when required. **Key Requirements** B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, ERP/accounting software, client handling, or a related field. Good understanding of business processes and accounting workflows. Knowledge of accounting/ERP software is an added advantage. Good requirement\-gathering and analytical skills. Strong communication and client\-handling skills. Ability to understand software functionalities and explain them to clients. Basic understanding of software testing and implementation processes. Willingness to work closely with clients and technical teams. **Preferred Skills** Experience in ERP or business software implementation. Exposure to accounting or business management software. Ability to conduct software demos and client training. Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.
