About the Role

QA Engineer \- Manual Testing **Location:** Noida **Experience:** 3\+ Years **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **QA Engineer** with 3\+ years of experience in **Manual Testing**. The ideal candidate should have strong testing expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform manual testing of web and/or software applications. * Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. * Identify, document, and track bugs and issues. * Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. * Ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements. * Analyze requirements and identify potential gaps or risks. * Maintain clear and detailed testing documentation. * Take ownership of testing activities and work independently with minimal supervision. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in **Manual Testing/QA**. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes. * Expertise in functional and regression testing. * Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. * Strong bug identification and reporting skills. * Ability to understand requirements and create effective test scenarios. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage testing activities end\-to\-end. * Good communication and collaboration skills.
