About the Role

**Key Responsibilities** * Handle Chats from international customers and provide technical support. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application\-related issues. * Guide customers through step\-by\-step troubleshooting and resolution. * Provide clear and accurate technical solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately. * Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team. * Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. * Follow company policies, security guidelines, and service\-level agreements. **NOTE:** * \- Only experienced candidates and immediate joiners are eligible for this role. * \- Only candidates located in Bangalore will be considered. \- If you are interested and actively looking for a job, please share your resume on WhatsApp at **9148447803**.
