About the Role

Job Description **1\. Project Planning \& Tracking** * Assist Project Managers in creating and updating detailed project schedules. * Track hardware assembly, embedded firmware flashing, software testing, and field deployment milestones. * Monitor project deadlines, identify bottlenecks in cross\-functional workflows, and escalate risks early. **2\. Cross\-Functional \& Stakeholder Communication** * Serve as the main point of contact between hardware engineers, IT developers, QA, and client account teams.Project management software * Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint standups, review sessions, and client updates. * Prepare and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes, action items, and weekly progress reports. **3\. Documentation \& Compliance** * Maintain clean repository structures for engineering schematics, API specifications, and deployment manuals in Confluence or Sharepoint. * Ensure regulatory compliance documentation is organized and submitted on time.Indeed * Track change requests, bug reports, and software patch schedules.
