ASP.NET Developer

About the Role

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET Developer with a strong understanding of web application development and experience in **.NET**. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new modules, enhancing existing functionalities, fixing issues, and implementing client\-specific customizations for universities across India. While experience across any Educational ERP module is valuable, **candidates with hands\-on experience in .NET and the University Examination Module will be given preference.** Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and enhance Educational ERP applications using .NET technologies. * Develop new features and customize existing ERP modules based on university requirements. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Work across various ERP modules, including Admissions, Academics, Student Management, Faculty Management, Fees, Attendance, Examination, and other administrative modules. * Participate in the development and enhancement of the **University Examination Module**, including examination setup, scheduling, hall ticket generation, marks processing, result generation, revaluation, supplementary examinations, and transcript generation. * Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. * Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. * Collaborate with Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver quality solutions. * Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes. Required Technical Skills * Strong experience with **ASP.NET Web Forms**. * Good knowledge of **C\#**. * Good knowledge of **SQL Server**. * Familiarity with **third party** or other version control systems. * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving skills. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: * Educational ERP development * University or College ERP solutions * **ASP.NET Web Forms\-based applications** * **University Examination Module** * Academic Administration Systems * Higher Education domain Desired Candidate Profile * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2–5 years of relevant software development experience. * Good understanding of SDLC and enterprise application development. * Ability to understand functional requirements and deliver scalable solutions. * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem\-solving skills. * Self\-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains.
