**Role description** Integration Lead Enterprise Integration Architect \-Workato Role Overview Provide strategic leadership for enterprisewide integration architecture and digital connectivity initiatives Accountable for defining and executing the organizations integration vision using Workato and complementary platforms to drive scalable secure and businessaligned integration capabilities Key Responsibilities Define and own enterprise integration strategy roadmap and governance framework Establish bestinclass integration architectures APIled eventdriven data process Drive enterprisewide adoption and scaling of Workato Lead API strategy including governance and lifecycle management Oversee largescale transformation programs aligned to business priorities Build reusable frameworks accelerators and integration blueprints Drive AIGenAIled integration innovation and intelligent automation Partner with CIO EA security and business leaders for strategic alignment Define security compliance and scalability standards Lead tool ecosystem strategy and vendor evaluations Build and scale highperforming integration teams Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships Skills Experience 12\-16 years in enterprise integration and architecture Proven leadership in enterprisescale integration strategy execution Expertise in APIled eventdriven data and process integration Strong Workato platform expertise at enterprise scale Experience with API gateways Apigee Kong WSO2 Strong cloud and hybrid architecture knowledge Experience leading large transformation and delivery programs Strong balance of technical depth and strategic leadership Preferred Qualifications Workato Pro III Certification Experience as Enterprise Architect or Integration CoE Head Exposure to multicloud Azure AWS GCP Experience in AIML and GenAI integration use cases Key Competencies Strategic vision and enterprise thinking Executive stakeholder management Leadership and team building Decisionmaking under complexity Innovation and thought leadership Strong communication and business alignment **Skills** **Mandatory Skills :** Workato **About LTM** LTM is an AI\-centric global technology services company and the Business Creativity partner to the world’s largest and most disruptive enterprises.
