**This role is for one of our clients** Company Name: Incepteo Industry: Information Technology \& Services Seniority level: Mid\-Senior level **POSITION \-Full Stack Developer** **LOCATION \- Hyderabad (Work from Office)** **EMPLOYMENT TYPE \- Full\-time** **EXPERIENCE \- 5\+ Years** **ROLE OVERVIEW** We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver modern, scalable web applications enhanced with AI capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, databases and is comfortable using AI\-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and own the end\-to\-end delivery of complex features. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full\-stack web applications. * Build responsive, high\-performance user interfaces using React.js, React Native, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 * Develop backend services using Node.js APIs, and design scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs. * Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL/MongoDB. * Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools while validating, optimizing, and securing generated code. * Own CI/CD pipelines, Docker\-based deployments, and cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Participate in architecture discussions involving authentication, RBAC, scalability, performance, and microservices/monolithic design. * Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices. * Implement automated testing and maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and end\-to\-end testing. * Estimate development effort, manage technical delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. **REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Frontend: React.js, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6\+), Responsive Web Design. * Backend: Node.js API Development, RESTful APIs, GraphQL * Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL/MongoDB. * Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * DevOps \& Tools: Docker/Git, CI/CD Pipelines. * AI\-Native Development: Claude Code/Cursor/GitHub Copilot/AI\-Assisted Development Workflows. **QUALIFICATIONS** * 5\+ years of professional full\-stack development experience. * Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and distributed systems. * Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews. * Excellent debugging, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to independently estimate, prioritize, and deliver complex features. **Must\-have skills** React Native, ReactJS, NodeJS **Good\-to\-have skills** PostgreSQL We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
