Senior QA Engineer

As a Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you should have around 7\-10 years of experience and good understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools. You would work as part of a dynamic team involved with testing web, portal, applications, and other new systems and/or enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes * Write and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation. * Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows. * Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams. * Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high\-quality Salesforce solutions. * Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement. * Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross\-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery. * Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations. * Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices. **Desired Skills \& Experience** * 7\+ years of QA experience with proven expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright. * Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. * Knowledge on API testing * Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with keen attention to detail. **Soft Skills \& Collaboration:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross\-functional stakeholders and end users. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem\-solving. **Qualifications:** * Experience testing **Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds**. * Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management. * Demonstrated ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and innovations. * Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus. **Work Location:** Position is based in Pune, with in\-office presence as per company policy.
