**Customer Service Associate (International Technical Voice)** **Date posted:** 19 September 2026 **Pay:** ₹25,000\.00\-₹36,000\.00 per month Job Description: **Role \& Responsibilities** Assist customers in identifying service\-related needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Troubleshoot basic network, modem, landline, Internet \& Wi\-Fi issues. * Guide customers through common phone hardware and software configurations. * Provide effective resolutions for customer technical problems. * Handle customer calls and provide service\-status updates. * Ensure services are restored and issues are resolved efficiently. * Escalate complex technical issues to higher\-level technical support when required * **Desired Candidate Profile** * Experience: 1–4 years in Telecom Technical Support * BCA Freshers can also apply * Excellent communication skills required * Basic understanding of ISP, Internet \& Wi\-Fi * Knowledge of Router, Modem \& Connectivity issues * Comfortable working in a 24×7 environment * Comfortable with rotational shifts \& rotational week\-offs * **Perks and Benefits** * Annual package: 3\.2 LPA – 5\.0 LPA. * 2\.
