**Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana **Experience:** Fresher / 0–1 year **Employment Type:** Full\-time ### **About the Role** We are looking for a **Project Management Trainee – Business Analysis \& Product Support** to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who is interested in **Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Products**. You will work closely with **Project Managers, Developers, QA teams and customers**, gaining hands\-on experience across software projects and products. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Assist Project Managers with **project coordination, task tracking, follow\-ups and documentation**. * Understand customer requirements and prepare **BRDs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria**. * Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and understand issues. * Conduct **market and competitor research** and prepare feature comparisons and recommendations. * Respond to **customer support queries** for our applications and coordinate with Development/QA teams to resolve issues. * Prepare and maintain **FAQs, user guides, support documents and release notes**. * Assist with meetings, action items, project updates and other day\-to\-day PM activities. ### **What We Are Looking For** * Fresh graduate or **0–1 year of experience**. * Good written and spoken **English communication skills**. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good attention to detail and documentation skills. * Comfortable communicating with customers and technical teams. * Curious about software products and technology. * Good research and organisational skills. * Willingness to learn and take ownership. ### **Good to Have** * Basic understanding of **SDLC, software testing or web applications**. * Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira. * Basic understanding of Shopify or e\-commerce platforms. ### **Qualification** **B.Tech, MCA, BBA / MBA.** Freshers with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
