Act as the primary point of contact to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure ongoing support to achieve sales targets. 2. Training: Design and deliver effective training programs for retail owners, service staff, and promoters, ensuring they are well-equipped to understand and communicate the features and benefits of device protection plans. 3. Digital engagement: Engage stakeholders via WhatsApp, email, and calls to share updates, provide support, and drive awareness. Leverage digital tools to generate leads and enhance engagement. 4. Promoter & retail engagement: Work closely with promoters and shop owners to build product visibility and mindshare. Plan and execute promotional activities and events to boost offline sales. 5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, training, and stakeholder interactions. Provide regular reports with insights on performance, market trends, and improvement opportunities.
