About the Role

Key responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers Handle incoming customer enquiries Explain products, machines, raw materials and business opportunities Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Follow up with interested customers Maintain customer and lead information Update daily call and follow-up reports Coordinate with the sales and operations team Convert leads into sales Maintain good relationships with existing customers
