**Job Description – AI/ML Engineer** **About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled **AI/ML Engineer** to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, training, testing, deploying, and maintaining Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models and integrating them into real\-world software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, and an interest in developing AI\-powered solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, train, test, and deploy **Machine Learning and AI models** for business and application requirements. * Collect, clean, pre\-process, and analyse structured and unstructured datasets. * Design and implement ML algorithms for classification, prediction, recommendation, clustering, and other business use cases. * Work with **Python and ML libraries/frameworks** such as Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization. * Develop and integrate **AI/ML models into web and mobile applications** through APIs and backend services. * Work with NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or other AI technologies as required by projects. * Explore and implement **LLM, Generative AI, and AI automation solutions** where applicable. * Monitor model performance and improve models based on accuracy, scalability, and business requirements. * Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver AI\-enabled applications. * Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing products and processes. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to data, models, APIs, and deployment. * Maintain proper documentation of models, datasets, experiments, and implementation processes. **Required Skills** * Strong knowledge of **Python programming**. * Strong understanding of **OpenCV and OCR.** * Good understanding of **Machine Learning concepts and algorithms**. * Experience with libraries such as **NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn**. * Knowledge of **TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks**. * Understanding of data pre\-processing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation. * Basic knowledge of **SQL and databases**. * Understanding of REST APIs and integration of ML models with applications. * Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development practices. * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
