**UI/UX Product Designer** **Location:** Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India **Work Arrangement:** On\-site **Contract:** Full\-time **About GCRS Group** GCRS Group is a global regulatory consultancy serving businesses across cosmetics, fragrance, personal care, food supplements, medical devices and other regulated consumer products. As we continue to develop our technology platforms and digital services, we are looking for a **UI/UX Product Designer** to help create intuitive, professional and user\-focused digital experiences. **The Role** You will be responsible for understanding user needs, business requirements and product objectives and translating them into clear, intuitive and visually strong digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product stakeholders and business teams throughout the product development process. The role will cover user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, interface design, design systems and usability improvements. You will play an important role in ensuring that our technology products are not only functional but also easy to understand and use. **Key Responsibilities** * Design intuitive user experiences for web and digital products * Conduct user research and gather user insights * Understand business and product requirements * Develop user journeys and information architecture * Create wireframes, prototypes and high\-fidelity designs * Design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile * Develop and maintain UI design systems * Create reusable design components * Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers * Present designs and explain design decisions to stakeholders * Conduct usability testing and gather feedback * Identify usability issues and recommend improvements * Ensure consistency across digital products * Create design specifications and developer handoffs * Review implemented designs for accuracy * Continuously improving existing products based on user feedback * Support product discovery and feature development * Balance user needs with business and technical requirements **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for a product\-minded designer who understands that good design is about solving problems, not simply creating attractive screens. You should be comfortable working with developers and stakeholders and translating complex requirements into simple user experiences. **Essential Experience and Skills** * Experience in UI/UX, product design or digital product design * Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work * Strong knowledge of Figma or equivalent design tools * Experience creating wireframes and prototypes * Understanding of user\-centered design principles * Strong visual design skills * Understanding of responsive design * Knowledge of typography, layout and visual hierarchy * Ability to create clear design systems * Strong communication skills * Ability to explain and defend design decisions professionally * Understanding of frontend development constraints * Strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple design requirements **Desirable Experience** * Familiarity with dashboards and complex workflow design. * A background in designing B2B applications and enterprise software. * Knowledge of design systems and their practical application in product development. * Experience conducting user research and gathering user insights. * Familiarity with usability testing and evaluating user experiences. * Exposure to working with international users and diverse customer requirements. * A professional background in technology, consultancy or professional services. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. **What Success Will Look Like** Within your first six months, you will have: * Established consistent UI/UX standards * Improved the usability of existing products * Delivered high\-quality designs for new features * Built reusable design components * Improved collaboration between design and development teams * Reduced design inconsistencies * Helped create a more professional and intuitive product experience **Why Join Us?** You will have the opportunity to influence the design of digital products within a growing international organization.
