About the Role

Key responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain a database of target businesses in our focus sector - their offerings, digital presence, and contact details 2. Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and introduce them to what we're building; support them through onboarding 3. Conduct structured research within our industry vertical and maintain our internal knowledge base 4. Be the first point of contact for early customers - help them use the product, triage issues, and relay feedback to the product team
