JavaScript Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **MERN Stack Developer** to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, problem\-solving abilities, and a passion for creating high\-quality software solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Postgres/MySQL/MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. * Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs. * Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high\-quality products. * Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Deploy, host, and maintain applications in production environments. * Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. * Work with Git and version control systems for collaborative development. **Required Skills** * 2–3 years of hands\-on experience with the MERN Stack. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+). * Solid knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. * Experience with RESTful API development and integration. * Experience deploying and hosting MERN applications. * Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Good understanding of database design and application architecture. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Knowledge Expectations** Candidates should possess **strong understanding from basic to advanced levels** in: * JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6\+ features. * React concepts, hooks, state management, and component architecture. * Backend development with Node.js and Express.js. * MongoDB schema design, queries, and optimization. * API design, authentication, and security best practices. * Application deployment, hosting, and production maintenance. * Debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. **Nice to Have** * Experience with Redux. * Knowledge of TypeScript. * Understanding of frontend design principles and responsive UI development. * Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. **Candidates who can demonstrate their projects and clearly explain the architecture, technical challenges, decisions, and solutions will be preferred.** Pay: ₹14,208\.77 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
