What You’ll Learn \& Work On As a Salesforce Intern, you will get practical exposure to: * Salesforce CRM fundamentals * Sales Cloud and Service Cloud concepts * Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities * Custom Objects, Fields and Relationships * Salesforce Flow and business process automation * Reports and Dashboards * Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets and Security * Apex programming * SOQL and SOSL * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * REST APIs and third\-party integrations * Salesforce CLI and development tools * Git and version control * Testing and debugging * Data migration and data management * Real\-world Salesforce CRM projects * Introduction to Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities Responsibilities * Complete assigned Salesforce learning modules and practical exercises * Configure and customize Salesforce applications * Develop simple Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components * Create Salesforce Flows and automation * Build reports and dashboards * Assist in API and third\-party integrations * Participate in internal Salesforce product and demo development * Perform testing and bug fixing * Maintain technical documentation * Work closely with senior developers and solution architects * Follow Salesforce development, security and coding best practices Who Can Apply? Students or fresh graduates from: B.E. / B.Tech BCA / MCA B.Sc. / M.Sc. Computer Science B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT or related technical backgrounds. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of: * Programming concepts * Java / JavaScript / C\# / PHP or similar languages * HTML, CSS and JavaScript * SQL and databases * REST APIs * Object\-Oriented Programming Candidates with a strong willingness to learn Salesforce and enterprise application development are encouraged to apply.
