**UI/UX Designer** **Location:** Pune, India **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Experience:** 3\-5 Years **Industry:** IT Services / Software Development / Digital Design **Job Summary:** We are seeking a **highly skilled UI/UX Designer** with **3\-5** **years of experience** in creating user\-friendly and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in **user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design** while ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications. **Key Responsibilities: User Experience (UX) Design** * Conduct **user research, interviews, and surveys** to understand user needs and pain points. * Develop **user personas, customer journey maps, and user flows** to enhance product usability. * Perform **usability testing and A/B testing** to refine design solutions based on user feedback. **User Interface (UI) Design** * Design **high\-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes** using **Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD**. * Create **intuitive and visually appealing interfaces** that align with brand guidelines. * Ensure consistency in design elements by following **design systems and style guides**. **Collaboration \& Development Handoff** * Work closely with **product managers, developers, and stakeholders** to define project goals and implement design solutions. * Provide detailed **design specifications and assets** for developers using **Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or Avocode**. * Participate in **Agile development processes**, providing quick iterations based on feedback. **Accessibility \& Performance Optimization** * Ensure designs adhere to **WCAG accessibility guidelines** for a more inclusive user experience. * Optimize UI elements for **performance, responsiveness, and cross\-platform compatibility**. **Design Thinking \& Continuous Improvement** * Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices**. * Experiment with **new design techniques and frameworks** to enhance user engagement. * Collect and analyze **user feedback and behavioral analytics** to continuously improve designs. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * **Design Tools:** Expertise in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator**. * **Prototyping \& Wireframing:** Experience in **InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, or Proto.io**. * **User Research \& Usability Testing:** Hands\-on experience with **Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or Google Analytics**. * **UI Development Knowledge:** Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** to collaborate with developers effectively. * **Responsive \& Mobile\-First Design:** Proficiency in designing for **iOS, Android, and web applications**. * **Design Systems \& Branding:** Experience in creating and managing **design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines**. * **Typography \& Color Theory:** Strong knowledge of **visual hierarchy, typography, and color psychology**. * **Interaction Design \& Micro\-Animations:** Experience with **Lottie, After Effects, or Principle** is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Certifications in UI/UX Design (NN/g, Google UX Design, HFI Certified Usability Analyst)**. * **Experience with AR/VR, Gamification, or Conversational UI is a plus**. * **Familiarity with motion design, 3D interfaces, and advanced prototyping tools**. **Soft Skills:** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving mindset. * Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and engaging designs. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Attention to detail and a passion for crafting seamless user experiences. **Educational Requirements:** * Bachelor's/Master’s degree in **Design, Human\-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field**.
