Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated **.NET Trainees** to join our development team. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience by working on live projects under the guidance of experienced developers. Training \& Employment Details **Training Duration:** 6 Months During the training period, candidates will gain hands\-on experience working on live projects and developing their technical skills. **Stipend:** ₹5,000 per month The stipend will be provided as a **net take\-home amount with no deductions**. **Post\-Training Full\-Time Opportunity:** Upon successful completion of the training and a positive performance evaluation, candidates may be offered a full\-time employment opportunity with the company. **Full\-Time Salary:** ₹15,000 per month for the first year. **Commitment Period:** 18 Months * 6 months of training * 12 months of full\-time employment Roles \& Responsibilities * Develop, test, and maintain web applications using **ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, C\#, and MVC**. * Work with **SQL Server** for database development, queries, and stored procedures. * Collaborate with senior developers and cross\-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions. * Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing applications. * Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices. * Support application deployment, testing, and documentation activities. * Stay updated with the latest **.NET technologies, development tools, and industry best practices**. Required Skills * Basic knowledge of **ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, C\#, MVC, and SQL Server**. * Understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. * Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
