About the Role

**Position Details** **Work Mode:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Work Days \& Timing:** * Monday to Friday: Full\-day working — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, consisting of 8 working hours with a 1\-hour break. * Every Saturday: Half\-day working — 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, consisting of 4 working hours with a 1\-hour break. We are looking for an experienced and client\-facing **Business Analyst** with strong expertise in **Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management**. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong requirement\-gathering capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients, product, development, and management teams. Candidates with experience in **Healthcare, Odoo, or Product\-based companies** will be highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders. * Conduct client discussions, requirement\-gathering sessions, meetings, demos, and presentations. * Translate business requirements into clear **BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications**. * Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product/project lifecycle. * Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. * Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and process improvement opportunities. * Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies**, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Support product backlog management and ensure requirements are properly prioritized and understood by the development team. * Perform business process analysis and recommend practical solutions based on business needs. * Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions. * Assist in UAT planning, execution, issue clarification, and stakeholder sign\-off. * Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and timely communication. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * **3\+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst** or in a closely related role. * Strong experience in **requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management**. * Strong knowledge of **Agile and Scrum methodologies**. * Hands\-on experience working in a **client\-facing role**. * **Excellent verbal and written English communication skills** — strong fluency and confidence in client communication are mandatory. * Ability to conduct professional client meetings, requirement discussions, presentations, and demos independently. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills. * Good understanding of software/product development life cycles. * Experience working with cross\-functional technical teams. **Certifications – Required / Preferred** * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – **Required** * CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification – **Preferred** **Preferred Domain Experience** Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly preferred: * **Healthcare / Healthcare IT** * **Odoo / ERP implementations** * **Product\-based software companies** * SaaS / B2B software products * ERP, CRM, EMR/EHR, RPM/CCM, or other healthcare technology platforms **Preferred Experience** * Experience working in a **product\-based company**. * Experience with **Odoo implementations, customization, or Odoo\-based products**. * Healthcare IT or healthcare software experience. * Experience working directly with international clients, particularly US\-based clients. * Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable technical requirements. * Experience working with distributed/global development teams. **Key Competencies** * Business \& Functional Analysis * Requirements Engineering * Client \& Stakeholder Management * Agile \& Scrum * Product Development * Process Mapping \& Improvement * User Stories \& Acceptance Criteria * BRD / FRD Documentation * UAT \& Functional Validation * Problem Solving \& Critical Thinking * Excellent Communication \& Presentation Skills **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for someone who can **independently interact with clients, understand their business problems, convert them into clear requirements, and effectively coordinate with the technical/product teams to drive the solution forward**. * Strong **English communication, client\-handling ability, and practical Business Analysis experience are mandatory** for this role.
