We are fun group, excited about the next growth phase and helping business teams in all possible ways, but yet keep the company and management abreast and make informed decisions.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts at InMobi Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can handle business-as-usual (BAU) procurement tasks with minimal guidance.</p> <p>In this role, you are expected to :</p> <ul> <li data-start="753" data-end="841"> <p data-start="755" data-end="841">Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and financial goals.</p> </li> <li data-start="842" data-end="992"> <p data-start="844" data-end="992">Partner with business teams to understand purchase requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (PR-to-PO, contracting, renewals).</p> </li> <li data-start="993" data-end="1119"> <p data-start="995" data-end="1119">Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.</p> </li> <li data-start="1120" data-end="1249"> <p data-start="1122" data-end="1249">Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Third-Party Risk teams to ensure governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.</p> </li> <li data-start="1250" data-end="1353"> <p data-start="1252" data-end="1353">Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.</p> </li> <li data-start="1354" data-end="1445"> <p data-start="1356" data-end="1445">Drive vendor consolidation, cost savings, and efficiency initiatives across categories.</p> </li> <li data-start="1446" data-end="1543"> <p data-start="1448" data-end="1543">Own procurement processes, policies, and controls; drive automation and process improvements.</p> </li> <li data-start="1544" data-end="1639"> <p data-start="1546" data-end="1639">Monitor and optimize cost, delivery, and performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence.</p> </li> <li data-start="1640" data-end="1714"> <p data-start="1642" data-end="1714">Prepare and manage Capex and Opex budgets in partnership with Finance.</p> </li> <li data-start="1715" data-end="1806"> <p data-start="1717" data-end="1806">Synthesize data and insights into clear, executive-ready updates for senior stakeholders.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills & Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="209" data-end="337"> <p data-start="211" data-end="337">8+ years of post-qualification, relevant procurement experience, including at least 3+ years in people management roles.</p> </li> <li data-start="338" data-end="530"> <p data-start="340" data-end="530">Strong experience in techno-commercial procurement, contract management, and vendor management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, value creation, and cost optimization.</p> </li> <li data-start="531" data-end="703"> <p data-start="533" data-end="703">Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing categories such as MarTech, SaaS, corporate insurance, global recruitment agencies, and other professional services.</p> </li> <li data-start="704" data-end="855"> <p data-start="706" data-end="855">Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.</p> </li> <li data-start="856" data-end="969"> <p data-start="858" data-end="969">Hands-on experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba, MSD365, Oracle, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.</p> </li> <li data-start="970" data-end="1100"> <p data-start="972" data-end="1100">Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.</p> </li> <li data-start="1101" data-end="1230"> <p data-start="1103" data-end="1230">MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDBM) with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.</p> </li> <li data-start="1231" data-end="1325"> <p data-start="1233" data-end="1325">Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or CPP will be an added advantage.</p> </li> </ul> <p>If you’re excited about taking ownership, working with cross-functional teams, and making a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you.
