About the Role

**About the Role** We are looking for a **Dynamics 365 CRM Developer** to develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales. You will build solutions using the Power Platform and Azure services, and deliver real\-time and near real\-time integrations with Dynamics CRM. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales * Build solutions using Power Platform components: Canvas Apps, Model\-Driven Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) * Write C\# code (.NET Framework and .NET Core) using the Dynamics CRM SDK and Web API * Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources * Design and build real\-time and near real\-time integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems * Build and deploy Azure components such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Web Services, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault * Write and maintain unit tests to validate code quality * Manage code using source control and CI/CD pipelines * Work independently and collaboratively within an Agile development team * Document technical designs and solutions **Required Qualifications** * \[X]\+ years of experience developing and customizing **Dynamics 365 CRM** * Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as **Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales** * Hands\-on experience with **Power Platform**: Canvas Apps, Model\-Driven Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and PCF * Proficiency in **C\#** with **.NET Framework**, and working knowledge of **.NET Core** * Experience with the **Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API**, and a **unit test framework** * Experience with **Azure** services: Azure Functions, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Web Services, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault * Delivered **at least 2 real\-time or near real\-time integrations** with Dynamics CRM * Experience with source control systems and CI/CD environments * Experience working on an Agile development team * Ability to work independently and in a team environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **Power BI** and **SSIS** * Microsoft certifications (PL\-400, MB\-210, MB\-230, MB\-220\) * Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions * Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for client\-side scripting **Tools \& Technologies** * **CRM \& Low\-Code:** Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portals, PCF * **Development:** C\#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API * **Azure:** Functions, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Cosmos DB, Key Vault * **Reporting \& Data:** Power BI, SSIS * **DevOps:** Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks Benefits: * Paid sick time * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
