About the Role

Role: Own the end-to-end management of The GB Show, including guest coordination, episode planning, production, publishing, and promotion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and coordinate with CXOs, founders, and industry leaders as podcast guests. 2. Manage guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups. 3. Plan episode topics, questions, and content flow. 4. Coordinate with production, editing, design, and social media teams. 5. Ensure timely recording, publishing, and promotion of episodes. 6. Track podcast performance and audience engagement.
