About the Role

Key Responsibilities   A. Artist & Talent Coordination 1. Act as a key point of contact for singers, artists, musicians, and their representatives. 2. Coordinate regularly with artists to ensure timely completion of deliverables and release-related activities. 3. Manage communication and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.   B. Music Release Management 1. Execute and oversee the end-to-end music release process across digital platforms. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of all release assets, metadata, approvals, and documentation. 3. Track release timelines and ensure smooth execution of release plans.   C. Performance Monitoring & Reporting 1. Monitor the performance of songs across streaming platforms. 2. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards highlighting key performance metrics and trends. 3. Analyse data to derive insights and support decision-making for music releases and catalogue management.
