IT Executive

About the Role

**Job Purpose:** To ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the hotel by managing systems, networks, hardware, software, and technical support. Key Responsibilities * Manage hotel IT infrastructure, network, Wi\-Fi, computers, printers, and servers. * Provide technical support to all departments and resolve IT issues promptly. * Maintain and support **PMS, POS, HRMS, attendance, email, and other hotel systems**. * Monitor and maintain **CCTV and security systems**. * Ensure regular data backup and basic cybersecurity measures. * Manage IT assets, software licenses, AMC, and vendor coordination. * Maintain IT records, documentation, and service reports. * Support IT requirements during guest operations, events, and meetings. * Coordinate with Corporate IT and external service providers whenever required. Qualification \& Experience * Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * **2–5 years of relevant experience**, preferably in the hotel industry. * Good knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, PMS/POS, CCTV, and IT support.
