About the Role

Product Manager – PropTech **Experience:** 3–6 Years **Industry Preference:** PropTech / Real Estate Technology **Job Description:** * Own and manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. * Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and translate them into product features. * Coordinate with technology, engineering, UI/UX, and business teams to deliver scalable product solutions. * Should have good understanding of **technology, software products, APIs, web/mobile applications, and product development processes**. * Define product requirements, prepare BRDs/PRDs, user stories, and product roadmaps. * Manage client expectations, product demos, requirement discussions, and issue resolution. * Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor products to identify new opportunities. * Track product performance and prioritize features based on business and customer requirements. * Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and maintain strong communication between clients and internal technical teams. **Preferred Candidate:** * Candidates from **PropTech, Real Estate Technology, Property Management, Real Estate SaaS, Land/Property Data, or Real Estate Platforms** are strongly preferred. * Strong combination of **technical knowledge \+ client management \+ product management** skills. * Experience working with real estate developers, brokers, property platforms, or land/property\-related technology solutions will be an added advantage. **Key Skills:** Product Management, PropTech, Real Estate Technology, Client Management, Technical Knowledge, SaaS, API Understanding, Product Roadmap, BRD/PRD, User Stories, Agile, Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Product Development, Client Communication.
