About the Role

We are looking for multiple skilled Software Developers with 5\+ years of experience to join our team and contribute to developing applications using the .NET framework. In this role, you will be responsible for developing applications from the ground up, configuring existing systems, and providing user support. **Mandatory Skills:** **HL7:** * Strong hands\-on experience with HL7 v2\.x messaging and healthcare interfaces. * MDM, ORU, ADT and other common HL7 message types * Understanding of segments such as MSH, PID, PV1, TXA, OBX, OBR, etc. * HL7 message parsing, transformation, validation and troubleshooting * ACK/NACK handling and error management * Experience with inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces **Mirth Connect:** * 5–6 years of practical experience. * Channel development and configuration * Source and destination connectors * JavaScript transformers and filters * ChannelMap / GlobalMap * Database integration using JDBC * File, TCP/MLLP, HTTP/SOAP and REST interfaces * Message routing and transformation * Channel monitoring and troubleshooting * Error handling, retries and reprocessing * Experience working with multiple interfaces/channels in a production environment **SQL Server:** * Strong SQL query writing skills * Stored procedures, functions and views * Joins, subqueries, CTEs and temporary tables * Query optimization and performance troubleshooting * Understanding of transactions and indexes * Ability to troubleshoot data/interface\-related issues using SQL **Additional Advantage:** * **VB.NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core** development experience * REST API development and integration * SOAP/Web Services * C\# experience * Windows Services / Worker Services * Experience integrating Mirth with .NET applications/APIs * Healthcare application or **Medical Transcription / EMR / EHR** domain experience * Experience with **Athenahealth, Epic, Cerner, MModal** or similar healthcare systems * Experience with XML, JSON, XSLT and API integrations * Experience with SFTP/FTP and file\-based interfaces * Experience troubleshooting production interfaces and working with support/implementation teams **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain and support HL7 interfaces using Mirth Connect. * Analyze and troubleshoot HL7 messages and interface failures. * Develop transformations, filters, routing and database integrations in Mirth. * Work with SQL Server to retrieve, validate and update interface data. * Develop and maintain stored procedures required for HL7 processing. * Monitor production channels and resolve stuck, failed or delayed messages. * Implement new healthcare interfaces based on client specifications. * Coordinate with application, database and client teams for interface issues. * Maintain interface documentation and perform testing for new/enhanced interfaces. * Support existing healthcare integrations and participate in production deployments.
