We are looking for a **QA Tester / Client Communication Executive** who has basic knowledge of software testing along with good communication skills. This opportunity is suitable for **QA / Software Testing freshers** who want to gain practical exposure to technology, client communication, requirement understanding and real\-world IT projects. Key Responsibilities * Perform basic functional testing of websites, web applications and mobile applications. * Understand application features, user flows and requirements. * Identify, document and report bugs clearly. * Prepare basic test cases and testing reports. * Understand client requirements and feedback. * Communicate with clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. * Coordinate with developers and the internal team. * Understand business requirements and assist with requirement analysis. * Maintain proper records of testing, requirements and client communication. * Learn about IT services, software solutions and business processes. * Support client follow\-ups and business communication activities. Requirements * Basic knowledge of **Software Testing / QA / Manual Testing**. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Confident and professional personality. * Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications and software. * Ability to understand requirements and explain them clearly. * Good listening and learning skills. * Comfortable communicating with clients. * Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills will be an advantage.
