MERN Stack Trainee – Fresher **Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh **Job Type:** Full\-Time \| On\-Site **Experience:** Freshers / 0–1 Year **Eligibility:** Candidates with relevant internship experience in MERN Stack development are also encouraged to apply. About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **MERN Stack Trainees** who are interested in building a career in full\-stack web development. This opportunity is suitable for freshers as well as candidates who have completed an internship in MERN Stack or related technologies. Training Program * **Training Duration:** 2 Months * The initial 2 months will be a **stipend\-based training program**. * Candidates will receive hands\-on exposure to **MERN Stack development** and real\-world project workflows. * Performance, technical skills, learning ability, and overall progress will be evaluated during the training period. * Upon successful completion of the training, candidates may be offered a **Full\-Time (FT) role**, subject to performance and business requirements. Key Responsibilities * Learn and work with the **MERN Stack**. * Develop and maintain web applications under the guidance of senior developers. * Work with **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**. * Develop and integrate REST APIs. * Write clean and maintainable code. * Debug and troubleshoot application issues. * Collaborate with the development team on real\-world projects. * Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. * Continuously improve technical and problem\-solving skills. Required Skills * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. * Understanding of **React.js and Node.js**. * Basic knowledge of **MongoDB and Express.js**. * Understanding of REST APIs. * Good logical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong willingness to learn and grow. * Good communication and teamwork skills. Eligibility * Freshers with a degree/diploma in **Computer Science, IT, or a related field** can apply. * Candidates who have completed a **MERN Stack / Full\-Stack Development internship** are also eligible. * Candidates with academic, internship, or personal projects will be preferred. * Candidates should be interested in building a long\-term career in **MERN Stack Development**.
