About the Role

Responsibilities * **Installation and Configuration**: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of resort IT systems, including hardware and software components. * **Security Management**: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the resort's data and systems from cyber threats. * **System Support**: Provide technical support to guests and staff, addressing hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * **Data Management**: Manage data backup procedures to prevent data loss and ensure data integrity. * **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for staff and guests on IT systems and procedures. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of resort technology.
