PHP Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **PHP Developer** with strong expertise in **PHP and CodeIgniter** to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in developing scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and database\-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using **PHP and CodeIgniter**. * Design, develop, and integrate **RESTful APIs**. * Work with **MS SQL** for database development, queries, and optimization. * Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. * Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code. * Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members. * Participate in application testing, performance optimization, and deployment. * Understand project requirements and deliver solutions within timelines. * Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards. Required Skills * **2\+ years of hands\-on experience in PHP development.** * Strong knowledge of **PHP and CodeIgniter**. * Good understanding of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. * Hands\-on experience with **RESTful API development and integration**. * Good knowledge of **MS SQL** and database concepts. * Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills. * Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control. Additional Skills * knowledge in React.js and Node.js. * Experience with frontend/backend integration. * Knowledge of Git and API testing tools. * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Preferred Candidate * Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period. * Willingness to work from the **Trivandrum office**. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
