Hiring for Dot Net Full Stack Developer \- React Js Exp : 8 \- 12 yrs Edu : BE/B.Tech/MCA Work Location : Pune WFO Skills :  8–12 years of overall software development experience.  Strong hands\-on expertise in .NET Core / C\# for backend development.  Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.  Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.  Hands\-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).  Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.  Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.  Excellent problem\-solving, debugging, and technical decision\-making skills.
