Responsibilities:** * Lead customer architecture and discovery workshops to understand business objectives and translate business, functional, and non\-functional requirements into strategic, scalable, secure, and high\-performance end\-to\-end solution architectures, defining key architectural decisions, technology direction, and solution trade\-offs * Own end\-to\-end solution architecture, including HLD and LLD, while defining architecture standards, governance, non\-functional requirements (NFRs), technology roadmaps, and architectural principles * Design and architect enterprise applications using Java (17/21\), Spring Boot, Microservices, React, TypeScript, Event\-Driven Architecture, Domain\-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, REST APIs, GraphQL, and API\-led integration patterns * Define and evaluate architecture options, technology choices, design patterns, and solution alternatives based on business requirements, scalability, performance, security, maintainability, cost, and technical feasibility * Define and govern React\-based frontend architecture, including component architecture, TypeScript, state management, reusable UI components, API integration, frontend security, performance optimization, responsive design, and maintainability * Define and govern Java/Spring Boot backend architecture, including Microservices, API design, distributed systems, DDD, CQRS, resiliency, scalability, and enterprise application design * Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, architecture transformation, and architecture reviews while establishing best practices for scalability, resiliency, performance, security, availability, observability, and maintainability * Define end\-to\-end integration and messaging architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, REST APIs, and GraphQL, ensuring reliable and scalable communication across distributed systems * Establish and govern Non\-Functional Requirements (NFRs) covering performance, scalability, availability, resiliency, security, disaster recovery, observability, and operational readiness * Define reusable frameworks, platform standards, APIs, UI components, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices while providing technical leadership and mentoring to Java, React, and engineering teams * Conduct architecture reviews, technical design reviews, and solution assessments to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, engineering practices, and business requirements * Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI teams, engineering, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensure successful Agile delivery * Lead requirement analysis activities including BRD/FRD preparation, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, process mapping, gap analysis, impact analysis, and requirement validation, ensuring requirements are appropriately translated into functional and technical solutions * Analyze existing business processes and applications to identify process improvement, modernization, automation, scalability, and technology transformation opportunities * Define architecture roadmaps, implementation strategies, technical standards, effort estimations, and solution approaches while identifying technical, business, and delivery risks and defining mitigation strategies * Act as a trusted technical advisor and architecture consultant by providing solution recommendations, presenting architecture decisions and trade\-offs to stakeholders, supporting customer discussions, and contributing to pre\-sales activities where required Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud\-native architectures, modern frontend and backend technologies, and GenAI/AI\-enabled engineering practices, evaluating their applicability to business and technology solutions * #### **Job Requirements:** * 10–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Application Architecture, Technical Consulting, Business Analysis, Software Engineering Leadership, or a related role, with strong customer\-facing solutioning and architecture experience * Strong expertise in end\-to\-end enterprise architecture, HLD/LLD, Solution Architecture, Architecture Governance, Architecture Decision Making, Technology Roadmaps, and Non\-Functional Requirements (NFRs) * Strong understanding and practical experience with Domain\-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event\-Driven Architecture, Microservices Architecture, API \& Integration Architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture patterns * Strong hands\-on and architectural experience with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and enterprise application development * Strong experience designing and architecting React\-based enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Hooks, state management, Redux/Redux Toolkit, reusable component architecture, and modern frontend architecture patterns * Strong understanding of frontend architecture, frontend security, performance optimization, responsive design, accessibility, component reusability, API integration, and scalable React application design * Strong ability to define and review end\-to\-end architecture across React frontend, Java backend, APIs, integration, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure * Experience with messaging and integration technologies including Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, REST, and GraphQL * Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including ECS/EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, EventBridge, along with Docker and Kubernetes * Strong understanding of cloud\-native architecture, containerization, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, scalability, resiliency, security, high availability, and disaster recovery * Proven experience in business analysis and requirement engineering, including requirement discovery, BRD/FRD preparation, user story creation, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business process analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution consulting * Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional, technical, and architectural solutions, and communicate architecture decisions, trade\-offs, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, application modernization, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, and enterprise\-scale solution delivery * Experience conducting architecture reviews, design reviews, technology evaluations, solution assessments, and technical governance activities * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic problem\-solving, technical leadership, negotiation, and executive presentation skills * Experience with React testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred * Experience with Micro Frontends, enterprise design systems, frontend architecture frameworks, or large\-scale React applications is preferred * TOGAF or AWS/Cloud certification, customer consulting and pre\-sales experience, and exposure to GenAI or AI\-enabled engineering practices are preferred
