Content & E-commerce Management Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities: 1. Listing & cataloging: Upload new products and update existing listings across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry. Ensure all titles, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and compliant with platform guidelines. 2. Basic inventory management: Perform daily stock updates on all e-commerce portals. Coordinate with the warehouse team to track low-stock items and update inventory availability to prevent overselling or stockouts. 3. Platform oversight (Health checks): Conduct daily checks across all digital storefronts. Identify and flag suppressed listings, pricing errors, or out-of-stock variations to the senior e-commerce team immediately. 4. Order coordination: Monitor the flow of daily orders from the marketplaces to our fulfillment center. Assist in resolving any basic order processing bottlenecks or portal routing errors. 5. Operational support: Assist the broader e-commerce team with administrative tasks, promotional pricing updates during sale events, and maintaining internal tracking sheets.
