Own client & founder relationships and become their go-to hiring partner 2. Understand hiring needs and build smart, fast recruitment strategies 3. Source, screen, and connect top engineering, AI & product talent with startups 4. Drive hiring pipelines from role intake to interviews and closure 5. Work closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to keep hiring moving 6. Track pipelines, hiring metrics, and feedback to improve outcomes 7. Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience 8. Improve recruitment workflows and leverage AI tools to hire faster and smarter 9.
