Role \- Implementation Business Analyst Experience \- 2 to 3 Years Location \- Hyderabad **About the Role** We're hiring an Implementation Business Analyst with 2\-3 years of experience to support the full product implementation lifecycle \- from initial discovery conversations with stakeholders through to post\-go\-live support. This role sits at the intersection of business process understanding and software configuration, requiring someone who can listen carefully, ask the right questions, and translate real\-world business workflows into how our system should be set up to serve the client. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and eventually lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand their business processes, goals, and pain points * Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and implementation plans * Assist in managing the end\-to\-end implementation lifecycle: discovery → configuration * → testing → go\-live → support * Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, decisions, and configurations using ClickUp and Excel * Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders during implementation, ensuring clear and proactive communication * Provide hands\-on support to clients post\-implementation, troubleshooting and guiding software usage * Help identify process gaps or inefficiencies in how the client currently operates and flag how the software can address them * Stay organized across multiple concurrent implementations, tracking timelines and deliverables **What We're Looking For** * 2\-3 years of experience in implementation, business analysis, client onboarding, or a similar client\-facing analytical role * Strong organizational skills \- able to juggle multiple stakeholders/tasks without dropping details * Proactive communicator \- follows up, flags risks early, doesn't wait to be chased * Good stakeholder management and active listening skills * Ability to translate business processes into structured system logic, with support from senior team members on complex cases * Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) * Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboarding * Hands\-on JIRA/ClickUp experience for tracking tasks and issues * Comfortable being client\-facing and managing expectations diplomatically **Nice to Have** * Prior experience in SaaS/software implementation or client onboarding roles * Basic understanding of APIs/integrations (to communicate technical constraints to non\-technical stakeholders) Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Provident Fund * Work from home Work Location: In person
